Project Engineer/Project Manager

A mechanical and electrical engineering specialist, Tom brings his expertise to complex projects of all sizes. He has extensive knowledge of food industry installations, plus experience in heavy industry, data centres and the concrete and aggregate industries.

Tom began working with Willett 15 years ago and enjoys the breadth of responsibilities and variety of work involved–from implementing food hygiene principles to delivering technical layouts. In 2007, he was involved in the building of Tracklements 'Cotswolds factory with Geoff, founder of Willett. He has continued to work closely with Tracklements, which has remained our client to this day.

One of Tom's largest projects to date is a factory build in Coventry. As the client's biggest-ever investment, it's a key project and the team has seen it through from conception to delivery in less than 20 months. He's a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and is HACCP Level 3-qualified.
