Our in-house team offers feasibility studies, CAD and BIM design, compliance consulting, factory fit-out, project management and full construction. We also run Willett Food Construction, a sister business dedicated to managing the build phase of our projects.

While based in the South West, our team works across the UK; regularly travelling to client sites throughout England, Scotland and Wales, and we maintain a trusted network of collaborators both in the UK and across Europe.

We specialise in factory design and construction for the bakery, dairy, chilled, frozen, meat, poultry, fish, fruit, vegetable, preserve, confectionery and insect protein sectors. We don’t shy away from less typical projects – in fact, we actively seek them out! Our team regularly travels to international design and equipment shows to bring the latest technologies and methods back to the UK.
