With 10 years' experience in site management, Rob brings his trusted expertise to every project. He oversees on-site health and safety while facilitating building works alongside the project team. 

Rob started his career in construction and road traffic management, but the innovation and complexity of food manufacturing attracted him to the sector. During his past five years of supporting Willett, he's worked on projects ranging from ready-meal factories and powder-blending facilities to state-of-the-art salad production. 

Communication, camaraderie and respect are fundamental to how Rob runs his sites. In his experience, there's always a safe way of working to suit everyone involved. The positive feedback he's received from all levels is a testament to this.
