Nick, our Operations Director, was recently invited to speak at a Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT) event. The conference was held at the Hilton Hotel in Stoke-on-Trent, and it provided invaluable insights into the challenging aspects of BRCGS standards for food manufacturers.
During Nick's presentation on wall finishing and cleanability, he addressed BRCGS food safety requirements, selecting appropriate wall types and common wall issues. He also showcased best practices from ongoing Willett projects. Attendees left the event equipped with practical knowledge that will help them comply with food safety standards.
