Kirsty Willett

As company secretary, Kirsty is an integral part of the Willett team. Working alongside Nick since 2018, she manages the financial and administrative side of the business–overseeing payroll, project finance tracking, business forecasting, insurance documentation and project procurement. 

Before joining the family business, Kirsty worked as a senior project controller at a defence company in Dorset, a senior sales and marketing coordinator at a food and lifestyle company and a programme and development advisor for a national charity. 

These days, she applies her diverse skillset to Willett–ensuring the business operates smoothly at all times, while liaising with accountants, employees and suppliers. She has a BA in Disaster Management from Coventry University and plans to undertake an MBA.
