Assistant Site Manager

A recent addition to the Willet Food Projects team, Jason is an assistant site manager. Bringing over 25 years of construction experience to our projects, he's involved with the day-to-day running of sites, overseeing building works and managing CDM. He also helps contractors with inductions and RAMS – giving them the information they need to understand and adhere to our standard operating procedure.

Prior to working in the food industry, Jason's time in construction ranged from ground working to civils to scaffolding in the petro/ chemical industries. His work took him up and down the country on numerous projects, shutdowns and turnarounds. Following an injury, he utilised his HGV licence and retrained on various plant machinery.

The decision to move into the food sector was an easy one for Jason. It's given him the opportunity to apply his decades of experience and training to an exciting, ever-evolving sector. His range of accreditations includes SSSTS, IOSH, CPCS, ISSTAR and IPAF.
