Assistant Site Manager

One of the newest members of our team, Josh joined Willett in 2022 as an assistant site manager. His responsibilities include facilitating projects, managing contractors and ensuring health and safety rules are adhered to.

Josh has an extensive background in people management, having spent three years as a duty manager for M&S. This was followed by almost a decade working in the prison service as an officer and programme facilitator. His interest in the nuances of the food manufacturing industry brought him into the fold at Willett. 

Bringing his management experience to our team, Josh is now assisting with large-scale projects and expanding his knowledge of the industrial processes involved in the sector. He completed a Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS), a Site Management Safety Training Scheme(SMSTS) and is in the process of obtaining his NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction qualification.
